My name is Sara, and I am the founder of Lazy Days & Messy Days.
I started my business when i needed an outlet for my feelings. I was going through a difficult period of my life, and found being creative and making things really helped me.
I developed my business by offering creative classes to children, teaching crochet and offering art sessions to community groups.
I am NNEB trained, I have worked with children for 30 years,
I have two autistic children who suffer with anxiety. I have worked with children with additional needs.
I am currently doing a Creative and Therapeutic degree at University.
Mental health is something I am passionate about. Classes are aimed at helping clients who need an outlet for their emotions.
We want to work with Clients who need help expressing their emotions in a non verbal way.
I work with individuals, and run community classes.

Lisa is a mum of two and works part-time as a lunchtime assistant.
