Lazy Days & Messy Days

My name is Sara, and I am the founder of Lazy Days & Messy Days.

Sara Atkins

I started my business when i needed an outlet for my feelings.  I was going through a difficult period of my life, and found being creative and making things really helped me.

I developed my business by offering creative classes to children, teaching crochet  and offering art sessions to community groups.

I am NNEB trained, I have worked with children for 30 years,

I have two autistic children who suffer with anxiety.  I have worked with children with additional needs.

I am currently doing a Creative and Therapeutic degree at University.

Mental health is something I am passionate about.  Classes are aimed at helping clients who need an outlet for their emotions.

Anxiety holding me back.
